What is Tai Chi?
 

     To most people Tai Chi Chuan, "the ultimate supreme fist," is a classical Chinese system of exercise to maintain health and improve one's quality of life. Its slow, relaxed, fluid movements project an image of calmness and serenity.
     Tai Chi Chuan, however, is the most highly evolved form of Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu), encompassing the most effective techniques in addition to using both internal and external power.
     Students properly trained in Tai Chi Chuan, can in time, improve their health and gain a self confidence that comes with knowing that they have the skills and ability required to protect themselves if necessary.
